Booking (5)

How early do I need to make a booking?

We recommend to make make a booking as early as possible. We do accept booking made in advance. Minimum time before pick up is 5 hours. Last minute bookings are paid by debit/credit cards only and are NOT refunded.

Day/night bookings

Price is fixed and does not change depending on time of day for the transfer (day/night). There is no extra charge for night bookings!

Russian holidays

If your a booking falls on the day of Russian holidays, price of the journey will change. Please contact us for a quote.

How do I make a booking?

All bookings are processed in writing. Please send us an email with your request or fill out a short booking form on our website or Whats app. For either of these 3 methods, please send us the following information:

– Airport of arrival
– Date and time of arrival
– Flight number
– Time of arrival
– Number of passengers & luggage
– Mobile number
– Type of vehicle
– Date & time of pick up for return transfer

Cancellation Policy

You can cancel your booking 5 hours in advance before your pick up is due, by email only, for cash or credit cards. Please send us an email with the details.
Booking that are cancelled less than 5 hours before pick up is due, no refund will be given.
Change in pick up or drop off address less than 5 hours before booking is due might incur extra charge due to distance change.

Pick up at hotel – Price is fixed and includes all taxes and fees! 15 min waiting time at the pick up point.
Airport – Airport – Price is fixed and includes 1 hour waiting time after plane landing, all taxes and fees! Meet & Greet is included in the price.
Train Station – Address – Price is fixed and includes 15 min waiting time after train arrival, all taxes and fees! Meet & Greet is included in the price.

For all the above services – Price is all inclusive!

Which areas do you cover?

We cover Moscow, Moscow Region and other areas upon request. We offer long journeys to Kaluga, Yaroslavl and other destinations for tourist and business customers.

If I get held up at customs, will I be charged?

If you get held up at customs for any reason and come out into arrivals area 1 hour after plane landing, we will charge 500 rubles after your 1 hour free waiting time has ended and 300 rubles thereafter. For example, plane lands at 17.00pm, you get held up at customs and come out into arrivals area at 18.40, we will charge 500 rubles. If you come out at 19.20, we will charge 800 rubles extra (500+300).
This is done so that we cover our parking charge at airports.

Where do I meet my driver?

Driver will be waiting in the arrivals area of the airport with a name card. Your name will be on the written on the name card. As there can be a lot of people in arrivals area, we advise to look carefully! If you do not find your driver, please contact us ASAP and wait. If you would like to nominate a designated place in arrivals area or airport, please tell us when you make your booking.

Do you offer long journeys outside of Moscow?

Yes, we offer this service. Please enquire and we will quote you.

Can I hire a car with a driver for my business meetings?

We do offer this service. Depending on the amount of hours that you will need, we can offer per hour charge or a set price for the whole day. Please email us for more information.

If my flight is delayed, will I be charged extra?

In our prices, we include 1 hour free waiting time after plane landing. Driver will be waiting in the arrivals area 20 min after plane landing. We do monitor flight arrival times. So, if your flight is delayed by 1 hour, you will not be charged any extra. If your flight arrives at say 17.00pm, but you come out into arrivals area at 18.25, we will charge 500 rubles extra. Each additional hour is charged at 300 rubles.
Once you make a booking, we advise you to ask the driver to to be in arrivals area either exactly at the time of plane landing or 40 min after plane landing. It will depend on you. Our standard policy is as such that driver is in arrivals area 20 min after plane landing.

Do you offer discounts?

Yes, we offer discounts according to our Offers section on the website and to frequent customers. Please inquire.

Can I get a receipt?

Yes, we provide receipts in electronic form. If you would like a receipt, please email us.

Do you accept other currencies other than rubles?

Payment in cash – we accept payment in rubles, euros and USD. If you would like to pay in a currency other than rubles, please inform us in advance and we will send our rate for this currency.
Payment by debit/credit cards – we accept rubles only

How can I pay for my booking?

Payment can be done in cash to the driver at the end of your journey in rubles or by debit/credit cards in advance.
